Long Story Short ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sad, Stung Bailey Bailey got stung by a bee this afternoon and she's been limping around on her swollen hoof ever since. I called my mother, a medical professional, to get her advice on the sting. My mom can ALWAYS make me feel better about anxiety-producing situations. Turns out a swollen hoof is normal for a bee sting. Also pain and yanking of said hoof from helpful hands. Of course my mother did not mention that Doritos might make the difference between super sad Bailey and less sad Bailey. Let it also be said that, much like her own mother, Bailey is milking her injury for all it's worth. She's limping like a pro, conjuring "Poor babys" and "Awwwws" out of Professor K and I...until a Dorito falls to the ground. Suddenly the limp is gone. Are we suckers? Yes. Do we love our fuzzy bunny? More than anything.
