Long Story Short ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- da Sox!!!! The game last night! Was it almost too good to be true, or was that just me? Three games to none and last night almost felt like a, dare I say it, GAME. After the third inning it was all downhill. Pedro got into his groove and pitched his little heart out. And his at bats were good for a giggle - he looked so ridiculous and forlorn gripping his sagging bat, his sweaty jerry curl dripping into his eyes. I felt really bad for the Cardinals pitcher who just f.u.c.k.e.d u.p. He was trying so hard to do what he could for his team. No rain out last night and I'm praying the weather holds for tonight too. Win or lose I'd rather watch a game. Could this really be happening? Could it? How amazing and wonderful.
